121st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 29 June, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Information and Media, proposed by the Government.
The Committee found the amendment submitted to Article 1 by Biljana Hasanovic Korac and the amendment submitted to Article 1 by Dragan Sutanovac, Jovana Jovanovic, Jovan Markovic and Vesna Marjanovic non-compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
