11th session of the Privatisation Committee
The eleventh session of the Privatisation Committee was held on 28 April.The session discussed problems perceived in the privatisation process, relating to tenders, auctions, recapitalisations and bankruptcies, as well as the means of solving the problems.

The session discussed problems perceived in the privatisation process, relating to tenders, auctions, recapitalisations and bankruptcies, as well as the means of solving the problems. Members of the Committee also discussed post-privatisation issues - controlling the post-privatisation process, contractual obligations and repeating the process.
After discussion on perceived privatisation problems finishes, a working group composed of Committee members representing all parliamentary parties is to draft the final text of a proposal for solving the problems.
