The Committee continued its eleventh session on 30 June by discussing and, in principle, endorsing the Bankruptcy Proceedings Bill and the Bill on the Trustee Licencing Agency.
The Committee continued its eleventh session on 30 June by discussing and, in principle, endorsing the Bankruptcy Proceedings Bill and the Bill on the Trustee Licencing Agency.
Zora Simovic, the deputy Minister of Economy, presented the Bills, stressing that their provisions defined conditions for initiating and executing bankruptcy proceedings, the order of payments, and bodies administering the bankruptcy proceedings, as well as the licencing of trustees.
The Committee did not endorse amendments submitted to the Bills, while two amendments to the Bankruptcy Proceedings Bill were withdrawn from procedure at the session.
