10th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 4 June, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of a filling vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee established that an MP’s term of office had been allocated to Slobodan Homen elected from the BORIS TADIC – New Democratic Party – Greens, LSV – Nenad Canak, Together for Serbia, VMDK, Together for Vojvodina, Democratic Left of Roma Electoral List and proposed that the National Assembly should note the verification of the newly-elected MP’s term of office.
The Committee members went on to review and give a positive opinion to Republic Electoral Commission substitute member Sonja Podunavac concerning her request to assume another public office.
The Committee members also reviewed and gave positive opinions to MPs Dr Dragana Barisic, Prim. Dr Ninoslav Giric, Aleksandar Markovic, Zoran Bojanic and Nenad Milosavljevic concerning their request to assume another public office.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
