108th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 8 May, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Private Security, submitted by the Government.


Out of the 10 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Private Security, the Committee unanimously found nine to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while one amendment was rejected as incomplete.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
