Fourteenth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At the sitting held on 15 December, the Privatisation Committee considered and adopted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for September 2009, the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for October 2009 and the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Republic of Serbia Share Fund for September 2009. The Committee sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Milan Nikolic.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Milan Nikolic, and attended by Misela Nikolic, Assistant Minister of Economy and Regional Development, Vesna Dzinic, Privatisation Agency Director and Aleksandar Gracanac, Share Fund Director.

Seventh Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At the seventh sitting, the Privatisation Committee members considered the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development’s Reports on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for November and December 2008 and the Agency’s Work Plans for December 2008 and January 2009. Also, the Committee discussed the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development’s Reports on the Activities of the Republic of Serbia Share Fund for November and December 2008, as well as the Information of the Privatisation Agency’s Bankruptcy Centre on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against Robne Kuce Beograd Enterprise and Company.

On 12 December, the Privatisation and Industry Committees held a joint sitting to discuss the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Information on the course of the negotiations on the realisation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation in the oil and gas field.
