As the mandate of the President and member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procedure Procedures expired on 23 December 2025, pursuant to the provision of Article 189, paragraph 4 of the Law on Public procurement, the Committee needs to adopt the Decision to launch proceedings for the determination of the proposal for the election of the President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procedure Procedures.

Following a discussion the Committee adopted the Decision to launch proceedings for the determination of the proposal for the election of the President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procedure Procedures.

The Committee went on to consider and adopt the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France on Cooperation regarding the Financing of the Project of Development of High-Performance Computer (Supercomputer) and artificial intelligence, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement with Financial Protocol signed on 27 November 2025 between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France, between the Republic of Serbia represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia acting by and through the Ministry of Finance as Borrower and BPIFRANCE ASSURANCE EXPORT acting on the behalf, for and under the control of the Government of the Republic of France, as Lender, submitted by the Government and presented by Stefan Milovanovic of the Ministry of Finance Public Debt Directorate.
