Twenty-Sixth Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

The Environmental Protection Committee held its twenty-sixth sitting on 28 December 2011. The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Svetlana Stojakovic Milovanovic and attended by Minister of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning Dr Oliver Dulic and associates, Assistant Minister of Health Marija Jevtic, Director of the Environmental Protection Agency Momcilo Zivkovic and associates and representatives of the Environmental Protection Fund.

Ninety-Fifth Sitting of the Finance Committee

At the sitting held on 28 December, the members of the Finance Committee considered, in detail, the Bill on the 2012 Budget of the Republic of Serbia, Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Legal Entity Profit Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration. At the sitting, the Committee also considered, in principle and in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Traffic Insurance.
