Twenty-Fifth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At a short sitting held on 17 October, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendment to the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the Censure of the blockade and isolation of the Republic of Cuba by the United States of America submitted by 205 Members of Parliament and deemed it legally possible.


At a short sitting held on 17 October, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendment to the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the Censure of the blockade and isolation of the Republic of Cuba by the United States of America submitted by 205 Members of Parliament and deemed it legally possible.

The amendment modifies the name of the act into the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the necessity of ending the sanctions and isolation of the Republic of Cuba and the text of the document was amended accordingly. The representative of the submitters, head of the Radical Party deputy group, Tomislav Nikolic, accepted the amendment.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
