Third Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 19 April 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Nastasja Bakovic

The Committee ascertained that the situation falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6 of the Law on Election of MPs which lists resignation as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office and proposed that the National Assembly note the termination of the term of office of said MP.

The Committee then proceeded to consider the request submitted by MP Vesna Petkovic Savovic and adopted the certificate allowing her to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade.

The Committee also considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Prof. Dr Snezana Rakic to assume another post.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Milosevic, Dr Dragana Rakic, Goran Milic, Uros Djokic, Stefan Janjic, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic and Stefan Kitanovic.
