At the sitting held on 9 October, the Legislative Committee considered in principle the Bill on the regulation of obligations of the Republic of Serbia toward the International Monetary Fund under allocation of special drawing rights granted by Board of Governors resolutions no. 63-4 and no. 52-4, submitted by the Government. The Committee deemed that the Bill adheres to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Defense Law. All the submitted amendments were declared legally feasible, except for one rejected by the Committee as incomplete.

The Committee also deemed all the amendments, except for one rejected as incomplete, submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Serbian Military legally feasible.

At the sitting, the Committee also considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Military, Labour and Material Duty and declared them all legally feasible.
