The Youth and Sports Committee held its seventh sitting on 1 April 2009. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Milan Vuckovic, and attended by Snezana Samardzic-Markovic, Minister of Youth and Sport and associates, and Dr Nenad Dikic, director of the Anti-Doping Agency of the Republic of Serbia.

The Bill on the Confirmation of the International Convention Against Doping in Sport was presented to the Committee members by the representatives of the submitters. The Committee accepted the Bill unanimously.

In the continuation, the Committee also unanimously accepted the Bill on the Confirmations of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Czech Republic on Cooperation in the Fields of Culture, Education, Science, Youth and Sport and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Hungary on Cooperation in the Fields of Education, Science, Culture, Youth and Sport.
