At the sitting held on 28 October, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Fiscal Council member Vladimir Vuckovic due to resignation.
The Committee members went on to decide to launch the proceedings for the election of one member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, as the term of office of Council member Dr Miladin Kovacevic ends on 20 November 2020, therefore the Committee asked the heads of the parliamentary groups in the National Assembly to, within 15 days, submit candidate nominations for member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia.
The Committee also adopted the Decision to launch the proceedings to ascertain proposals for the election of President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, via a public call, as well as the Decision on the establishment of a Working Group for the conduct of the proceedings for the election of President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, comprising Chairman Dr Milorad Mijatovic and members Veroljub Arsic and Goran Kovacevic.
The Committee also established the Subcommittee for the Consideration of Reports on Audits Conducted by the State Audit Institution, comprising Chairman Dr Milorad Mijatovic and members Goran Kovacevic, Dusan Bajatovic, Marija Jovanovic, Zoltan Pek, Marina Ragus, Zoran Bojanic, Veroljub Arsic and Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.
