Second Sitting of the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions

The second sitting held on 7 December, the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions reviewed the Commission Activity Plan.

The Plan sets the methodology and schedule of supervisory visits to correctional facilities to ascertain the living conditions therein.

It was proposed that the first visit be to the correctional facility in Nis, as one of the biggest of its kind in Serbia, and a visit to a smaller facility to be subsequently ascertained.

The sitting was chaired by Commission Chairman Nedjo Jovanovic and attended by the following members: Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Sreto Peric and Prof. Dr Milan Knezevic.
