Welcoming the guest, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic emphasised the importance of today’s meeting for the future development of cooperation and strengthening of economic and political relations between the two countries.

Speaking about strengthening economic and political relations, Oleksandr Aleksandrovych said he would like to meet and foster ties with as many Serbia politicians as he can in order to promote the relations between Serbia and Ukraine and exchange of good practices which would lead to improvements in the two countries’ relations. H.E. Oleksandr Aleksandrovych also commended Serbia’s efforts to become a full EU member.

Vladimir Marinkovic said he supported Ukraine’s territorial integrity, thanked the Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia, Oleksandr Aleksandrovych, for his suggestions and added that he hoped for a better future and progress in the two countries’ relations.
