The National Assembly is to consider the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Judges, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (First Public Expenditure and Public Utilities Development Policy Loan) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, Bill on the Confirmation of the Financing Agreement “Improvement of Judicial Facilities B” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Serbian Government.

The National Assembly is also to consider the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of High Judicial Council member from the ranks of Faculty of Law professors, Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Commercial Appellate Court, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office in Nis and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Cacak, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government.

The agenda is also to contain the Proposal of candidates for High Judicial Council member, submitted by the deans of law faculties in the Republic of Serbia, at a joint session, Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The MPs are also to review the Candidate List for the election of War Crimes Prosecutor, submitted by the Government, and the candidate lists for the election of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Pancevo and Pozarevac, submitted by the Government, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the election of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zajecar, Proposal of the Decision on the election of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Pirot, submitted by the Government, and the candidate lists for the election of public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Nis, Mladenovac, Vrbas, Stara Pazova, Velika Plana, Prijepolje, Novi Pazar, decision proposals for the election of public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zajecar, Vranje, Aleksinac, Petrovac na Mlavi, Despotovac, Sabac, Pirot, Negotin, Kursumlija, Ruma, Sombor, Brus, Bor, Prokuplje, Loznica, Pancevo, Valjevo and Mionica, submitted by the Government, and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The National Assembly is also to consider the Proposal of an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 82, paragraph 1, item 2, of the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Parliamentary Group.

The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
