Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction
At the sitting held on 22 July, the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction discussed the particulars of the Bills on Zoning and Construction and on State Survey and Land Registry.
At the sitting held on 22 July, the Committee on Urban Planning and Construction discussed the particulars of the Bills on Zoning and Construction and on State Survey and Land Registry.
Out of a total of 217 amendments submitted to the Bill on Zoning and Construction, the Committee accepted 59. In addition, the Committee submitted five amendments of its own to the Bill.
The Committee also discussed all the amendments (129 in total) submitted to the Bill on State Survey and Land Registry and accepted 19 of them.
The sitting was attended by the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Oliver Dulic, and chaired by Committee Chairman Jovan Nesovic.
