Forty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 15 April, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bills: amending and modifying the Environmental Impact Assessment Law, on Air Protection, on Nature Conservation, on Protection against Noise in Living Environment, on the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Fund and amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection, submitted by the Government.
At the sitting held on 15 April, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bills: amending and modifying the Environmental Impact Assessment Law, on Air Protection, on Nature Conservation, on Protection against Noise in Living Environment, on the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Fund and amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection, submitted by the Government.
The Committee deemed all the amendments legally feasible, except for two amendments submitted to the Bill on Nature Conservation and to the Bill on the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Fund which were rejected as incomplete.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
