Forty-Eighth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 22 May, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bill on Road Traffic Safety submitted retrospectively by the competent Committee on Transportation and Communications and deemed them legally feasible.



At the sitting held on 22 May, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bill on Road Traffic Safety submitted retrospectively by the competent Committee on Transportation and Communications and deemed them legally feasible.

The Committee also considered the amendments submitted retrospectively by the competent Agriculture Committee to the Bill on Plant Nutrition and Soil Improvement Products, Bill on Public Warehouses for Agricultural Products, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Genetically Modified Organisms, Bill on Animal Welfare and Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Soil. The Committee deemed all the amendments legally feasible, with the exception of one amendment submitted to the Bill on Animal Welfare on which it did not rule as it was not signed.

The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
