Fifty-Ninth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 31 August, the Legislative Committee completed a legal-technical revision of the text of the Bill amending and modifying the Public Information Law.
At the sitting held on 31 August, the Legislative Committee completed a legal-technical revision of the text of the Bill amending and modifying the Public Information Law. As the deputies adopted the amendment submitted by deputy Marina Toman and the amendment submitted by the Government of Serbia in the Voting Day proceedings, the Committee revised the text, deleting paragraph 7 from the new article 14 c of article 2, and deleting new article 92 b from article 4 of the Bill.
The Government Commissioner, Natasa Vuckovic-Lesendric, Assistant Minister of Culture, agreed with the abovementioned legal-technical revision.
The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
