Fifteenth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the fifteenth sitting, held on 29 October, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2008 Budget Law, with proposals of decisions granting assent to the decisions amending and modifying the 2008 Financial Plans of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance, the National Employment Office and the Republic Institute for Health Insurance, submitted by the Government.
At the fifteenth sitting, held on 29 October, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2008 Budget Law, with proposals of decisions granting assent to the decisions amending and modifying the 2008 Financial Plans of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance, the National Employment Office and the Republic Institute for Health Insurance, submitted by the Government.
Out of the 84 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee deemed 45 amendments legally feasible.
The Committee went on to consider four amendments to the Bill on the write-off of interest accrued on obligations under certain taxes and contributions for mandatory social insurance.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
