Eighty-Eighth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 16 September, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Civil Procedure Bill in detail.
The Committee endorsed all the amendments accepted by the Government and proposed six amendments of its own to the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by Judita Popovic, Committee member.
