The delegation is headed by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Jovan Janjic. The military parade in Minsk will be held on 9 May 2025, on Victory Day, after the parade in Moscow ends and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko returns to the country where he will be met by delegations and representatives of many different countries in the world who came to the capitol of Belarus especially for the occasion.

Air force, mechanised and infantry units will take part in the parade, as well as the Russian Knights aerobatic team in Su-30SM planes. The infantry lines will include guests: Chinese People’s Liberation Army Honour Guard and five infantry units from the Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
