5th Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee Held
The Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee held the fifth session on May 29 2003 at 12.00 h.
Draft versions of the Preamble text, handed over by the Sub-Committee members, were discussed at this session. It was agreed for the Preamble text to be prepared in accordance to the results of the discussion, in order to be, upon adoption, delivered to the Constitutional Commission. The Sub-Committee members shall, before the next session, deliver drafts of the basic constitutional provisions which shall be the subject of reconciliation.
