59th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 12 December, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy discussed and adopted in principle the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Companies, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Register of Beneficial Owners and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mediation in Real Estate and Leasing, submitted by the Government.

The bills were presented by representative of the Ministry of Economy Jelica Trnanic Sisevic and Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Jovan Stojic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Stanislava Janosevic, Tomislav Ljubenovic, Natasa St. Jovanovic, Jelena Mijatovic, Zoran Bojanic, Dragan Veljkovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic and Ana Carapic.
