59th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 23 December 2021, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill on the Capital Market, submitted by the Government, in detail.
The Government and the Committee accepted the two amendments submitted to the Bill.
The Committee members then proceeded to consider the Bill amending the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Financial Liabilities in Commercial Transactions, submitted by the Government, in principle, presented by acting assistant minister of finance Ognjen Popovic.
The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill.
Finally, the Committee members granted consent to the third amendment to the Commission for State Aid Control 2021 Financial Plan and to the Commission for State Aid Control 2022 Financial Plan Proposal, presented by Commission Secretary Luka Milosevic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic.
