The Proposal of the Decision on the election of Chairman, Deputy Chairman and members of the Managing Board of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services was presented by Prof. Dr Irina Reljin, Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications. Prof. Dr Irina Reljin said that the Managing Board selects five candidates and at the time none of the nominated candidates is employed by any of the operators.

The Committee members unanimously decided to accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Chairman, Deputy Chairman and members of the Managing Board of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members then proceeded to review the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period November and December 2015 – January 2016, elaborated by Assistant Minister Jovana Atanackovic. She said that the mission of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure in the reporting period was to realise the Government’s programmes and plans as outlined by the Prime Minister. Atanackovic said that in said period, within its legislative activity, the Ministry completed the harmonisation of numerous laws with EU regulations, and has begun and implemented a number of projects. She emphasised the importance of e-administration and the issuance of electronic building permits, as well as the adoption of the Building Legalisation Law, adding that the Ministry had implemented various measures to energise and help local self-governments in that aspect.

Following a brief debate the Committee members unanimously accepted the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period November and December 2015 – January 2016.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic and attended by Committee members Goran Mladenovic, Mujo Mukovic, Velimir Stanojevic, Olivera Pesic, Zoran Bojanic, Goran Kovacevic, Dragan Aleksic, Milan Kovacevic and Branka Bosnjak.
