54th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 1 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered and ascertained the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications of the Securities Commission 2021 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Securities Commission 2022 Financial Plan, which they forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The decision proposals were presented by Marko Jankovic, President of the Securities Commission.

The Committee members also granted consent to Proposal of the second amendment to the Commission for State Aid Control 2021 Financial Plan, Proposal of amendments to the Fiscal Council 2021 Financial Plan and Fiscal Council 2022 Financial Plan Proposal, presented by the Secretary of the Commission for State Aid Control Luka Milosevic and Fiscal Council member Nikola Altiparmakov.

The Committee went on to consider and formulate the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2022 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media 2022 Financial Plan, which they forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The financial plan proposals were presented by member of the Energy Agency Council Dejana Stefanovic Kostic and representative of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media Melina Raca.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vojislav Vujic, Rozalia Okresz, Goran Kovacevic, Veroljub Arsic, Nikola Vojinovic, Ana Carapic, Ana Beloica, Dusko Tarbuk, Zoran Bojanic, Olivera Pesic and Dr Boban Birmancevic.
