The Committee members considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Nature Conservation, Bill amending and modifying the Water Law, Bill on the Confirmation of the Decision of the EFTA-Serbia Joint Committee No. 1 of 2021 (Adopted on 28 May 2021) amending Protocol B to the Free Trade Agreement between the EFTA States and the Republic of Serbia Concerning the Definition of the Concept of “Originating Products” and Methods of Administrative Cooperation, Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendment to the Agreement on Agriculture between the Republic of Serbia and Iceland, Bill on the Confirmation of Amendment to the Agreement on Agriculture between the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss Confederation, Bill on the Confirmation of Amendments 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 to the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention, 1975), and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement Kragujevac District Heating Project between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Committee members found all the bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
