51st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 2 February 2022, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Samira Cosovic.


The Committee ascertained that the resignation of MP Samira Cosovic, elected from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN Electoral List, falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office, pursuant to Article 88, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the same Law.

The Committee went on to review and grant consent to the request submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control for recruitment of new staff.

The Committee members also granted consent to the request of MP Prof. Dr Jahja Fehratovic to exercise the right to apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from his family.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Viktor Jevtovic, Dijana Radovic, Marina Ragus, Adam Sukalo, Veroljub Matic, Branimir Jovanovic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Sandra Bozic and Ivana Nikolic.
