38th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 12 September, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered, in detail, the Bill on the Dual Study Model in Higher Education, Bill on Regulated Professions and Recognition of Professional Qualifications, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconductor Products.
Of the 17 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Dual Study Model in Higher Education, the Government and the Committee accepted two, the amendments to articles 1 and 20 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill on Regulated Professions and Recognition of Professional Qualifications.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 13 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents either.
Of the 82 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the Government and the Committee accepted seven, the amendments to articles 5, 20, 23, 43, 45, 47 and 64 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 11 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconductor Products.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr Ljubisa Stojmirovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Parezanovic, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Natasa St. Jovanovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Fatmir Hasani, Andrijana Avramov, Dr Predrag Jelenkovic and Miletic Mihajlovic.
