33rd Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 14 December, the members of the Health and Family Committee discussed, in principle, three bills submitted by the Government and included in the agenda for the Ninth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Health Prof. Dr Berislav Vekic provided the rationale for the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law, Bill amending the Law on Health Insurance and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.
Following a short debate the Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law, Bill modifying the Law on Health Insurance and the Bill modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, and attended by Committee members Dr Predrag Mijatovic, Dr Branislav Blazic, Prof. Dr Milan Knezevic, Prim. Dr Ninoslav Giric, Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic, Ljiljana Kosoric, Prof. Dr Mileta Poskurica, Dr Milan Latkovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Milena Corilic, Dr Aleksandar Radojevic, Dr Ljubica Mrdakovic Todorovic, Dr Radoslav Jovic and Annamaria Vicsek.
