State Secretary at the Ministry of Health Prof. Dr Berislav Vekic provided the rationale for the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law, Bill amending the Law on Health Insurance and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.

Following a short debate the Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law, Bill modifying the Law on Health Insurance and the Bill modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.
