27th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature
At the request of 101 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the 27th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, for Thursday, 27 February 2020, starting at 11 am.
- Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 40, paragraph 5 of the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.
As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the one item on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic set Thursday, 27 February, as Voting Day on the only item on the agenda of the 27th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, starting at 11.10 am.
On Voting Day, 27 February, by majority vote, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 40, paragraph 5 of the Law on Local Elections, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.
