20th Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee

At the sitting held on 5 March, the members of the Culture and Information Committee discussed the realisation of the adopted plan of public hearings.

Committee Chairperson Vesna Marjanovic reminded the Committee members that in June last year the Committee had adopted a framework plan of public hearings, including some topic proposals.
The Committee members agreed that the next two public hearings should address the status of freelance artists in Serbia and the implementation of the new media laws.
They also accepted the proposal to dedicate a special Committee sitting to the issue of increasing the promotion of cultural content within commercial breaks.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Vesna Marjanovic.
