Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic informed the Committee members that DRI had informed the Committee that the five-year term of office of the President, Vice-President and three members of the DRI Council expires on 19 April 2023, and the Committee, as the legally authorised nominator of candidates to the National Assembly, needs to launch the procedure for the election of the new President, Vice-President and three members of the DRI Council.

Pursuant to this the Committee unanimously decided to send a memo to the heads of the parliamentary groups in the National Assembly to submit names of candidates for the election of the new President, Vice-President and three members of the DRI Council, accompanied by CVs and consents, within eight days, after which the Committee would interview the candidates.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miroslav Kondic, MA Svetlana Milijic, Dragan M. Markovic, Milica Obradovic, Tijana Davidovac, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Vojislav Vujic, Nebojsa Zelenovic, Snezana Paunovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, MA Akos Ujhelyi and Djordje Stankovic.
