16th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 21 May, the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Traffic Safety, in detail.


Of the 29 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Government and the Committee accepted none.

The Committee members went on to review and grant consent to the Serbian Government’s proposal to grant consent to the temporary implementation, until coming into force, of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the governments of the other Parties of the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Initiative for South Eastern Europe on the talks with the Host Country on the Secretariat of the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Initiative for South Eastern Europe.

The Committee members granted consent to the temporary implementation, until coming into force, of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Border Crossings.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Marko Djurisic, and was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Momcilo Mandic, Zoran Radojicic, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Dubravka Filipovski, MA Igor Becic, Bozidar Delic, MA Milovan Drecun, Jasmina Obradovic and Aleksandar Markovic.
