16th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 25 October 2023, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Registration Procedure with the Cadastre of Real Estate and Utilities and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre.

Of the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Registration Procedure with the Cadastre of Real Estate and Utilities, the amendment to Article 10 was accepted while the rest were rejected.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tomislav Jankovic, Milija Miletic, Ivana Nikolic, Branislav Josifovic, Marina Tanaskovic Lipovac, Dragovan Milinkovic, Bojan Torbica, Marija Jovanovic, Djordje Todorovic and Predrag Marsenic.
