16th Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee Convened
Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., the Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee Chairman, convened the sixteenth session of this Sub-Committee for Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at 12.00 h.
Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., the Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee Chairman, convened the sixteenth session of this Sub-Committee for Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at 12.00 h. The following agenda has been suggested for this session:
1. Judiciary and public prosecutor's office;
2. Constitutionality and legality and the Constitutional Court;
3. Any other business.
