Agency Director Dragan Pejovic said that the Agency’s activities last year had been geared toward maintaining a competitive market, improving the working conditions for the operators on the telecommunications and postal services market, improving the quality of service, raising the degree of customer protection and improving IT security on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Pejovic also shared data concerning the regulatory activities.

The Committee members unanimously formulated a Conclusion Proposal on the considered Activity Report, accepting said Report, and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic.
