12th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 17 December 2020, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in detail, a number of bills on the agenda of the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2020, viz:


Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money laundering and Financing of Terrorism – one amendment in total was submitted to it, by MP Aleksandra Tomic, and the Committee found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law – the Government of the Republic of Serbia had submitted an amendment to Article 5 and the Committee found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Bill amending and modifying the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance Contributions - the Government of the Republic of Serbia had submitted an amendment to Article 3 and the Committee found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Bill amending and modifying the Law on Temporary Regulation of Payment of Fees for the Public Media Service – the MPs had submitted two amendments to articles 1 and 2 which the Committee found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Borisav Kovacevic, Toma Fila, Arpad Fremond, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov and Violeta Ocokoljic.
