12th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 1 November 2022, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Antonela Jelic.


The Committee ascertained that the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Antonela Jelic, elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA falls under Article 131, paragraph 2, item 6 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for.

The Committee members went on to consider the Report on the use and disposal of National Assembly funds in the period January-September 2022, submitted by the Secretary General. The Report was presented by Assistant Secretary General Dario Kukolj, who said that budget execution was less than envisioned due to the elections held this year. He added that the rebalance envisions the return of 522 million RSD into the budget of the Republic of Serbia.

As item three on the agenda, the Committee ascertained a proposal of amendments to the 2022 Assembly Budget prepared by the National Assembly Secretary General and presented by Assistant Secretary General Dario Kukolj. By majority vote, the Committee ascertained a proposal of amendments to the 2022 Assembly Budget in the amount of 4,012,825,000 RSD.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: MA Danijela Vujicic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Janko Veselinovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Radmila Vasic, Dragana Rakic, Miroslav Aleksic, Ana Miljanic, Aleksandar Mirkovic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Veroljub Matic and Zivota Starcevic.
