11th Sitting of the Health and Family Committee

At the sitting held on 17 November, the members of the Health and Family Committee discussed, in detail, the Bill on Medical Devices and the Bill amending the Law on Medical Documentation and Records, submitted by the Government.

The MPs had submitted 501 amendments to the Bill on Medical Devices, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 18.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Doc. Dr Darko Laketic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Muamer Bacevac, Prim. Dr Milovan Krivokapic, Dr Svetlana Nikolic Pavlovic, Prof. Dr Dusan Milisavljevic, Dr Danica Bukvic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Desanka Repac, Olivera Ognjanovic, Dr Dragan Vesovic, Prof. Dr Milan Knezevic, Branko Popovic and Danijela Stojadinovic.
