The Committee then proceeded to review the list of candidates for Anti-Corruption Agency Board member, submitted by the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues, and accepted the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of High Judicial Council member from the ranks of law faculty professors.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Slavisa Bulatovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Vladan Zagradjanin, Mihailo Jokic, Djordje Komlenski, Stanija Kompirovic, Zarko Micin, Miletic Mihajlovic, Aleksandar Majkic and Marko Parezanovic.
