10th Sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction

At the sitting held on 8 September 2021, the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on War Memorials and the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Activity Information for the period 1 April – 30 June 2021.

The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on War Memorials was presented by Assistant Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Maja Djordjevic, after which the Committee members unanimously accepted it.

The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Activity Information for the period 1 April – 30 June 2021 was presented by Ministry State Secretary Stana Bozovic.

She briefed the Committee members on the normative and programme activities completed in said period and mentioned that a Draft Law on Workplace Health and Safety, as well as amendments and modifications to the Law on Social Welfare are currently being prepared.

Stana Bozovic also spoke about the project, international and financial activities realised.

Following the comprehensive presentation, the Committee members unanimously accepted the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Activity Information for the period 1 April – 30 June 2021

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Radovan Tvrdisic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Josip Broz, Vesna Knezevic, Branimir Spasic, MA Danijela Vujicic, Biljana Jakovljevic, Vesna Krisanov, Miroslav Kondic, Nenad Krstic, Ana Carapic, Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic, Vladimir Grahovac and Milenka Subic.
