The church of Prince Miloš in Kragujevac, the prince’s meadow next to the church was most often the venue where the assemblies took place. Because they took place in the open, the assemblies were attended by many a common folk. (from 1830) St. Andrew’s Day Assembly held session in the building of the Great Beer Hall in Belgrade, in the grand hall sanctified by three priests – MPs. The Assembly had 439 MPs. (from 1858) National Assembly building in Kragujevac, constructed by order of Prince Miloš during his second rule. The first assembly held there was the Transfiguration Day Assembly (from 1861) Elementary school in Niš by the Congregational Church (from 1878) Red Cross House in Belgrade (1880 - 1881)
Old building of the Serbian National Assembly in Belgrade (from 1882) Officers’ Home in Niš where the Serbian National Assembly had sessions during the war years of 1914-1915. The cornerstone for the building in Nikola Pašić Square, today the National Assembly House, was laid on 27 August 1907 in the presence of king Peter I Karađorđević A charter bearing the names of the king, metropolitan and chief architect Jovan Ilkić was built into the foundations. The construction of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia was completed in 1936. King Milan Street (20th century) King Milan Street (20th century) Construction of the National Assembly Building, 14 King Milan Street, was completed in late 1953. The first session in the new building was held on 20 March 1954.
