Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending Committee Chairman Meets with OSCE Mission to Serbia Representatives
The Chairman of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, Veroljub Arsic, met today at the National Assembly with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia Democratisation Department, Augusta Featherstone, and associates, to discuss the continued cooperation and the work plans for this year.

Defence and Internal Affairs Committee Has Meeting at Ministry of Interior
A working meeting was held at the Ministry of the Interior on 2 February 2026 organised at the joint initiative of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic and the Chairman of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee Milovan Drecun, where the Ministry representatives informed the Committee members about three exceptionally important draft laws viz. Draft Law on Internal Affairs, Draft Law on Weapons and Ammunition and the Draft Law on Prevention and Suppression of Human Trafficking and Protection of Victims.

National Assembly House Hosts Exhibition “Jasenovac – Lasting Warning”
The National Assembly House is hosting the exhibition “Jasenovac - Lasting Warning” in its Central Hall, organised by the Museum of Genocide Victims with the support of the Ministry of Culture to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Jasenovac camp system by the heroic breakout of its prisoners, dedicated to 27 January, International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

National Assembly Celebrates Hanukkah
The Jewish holiday of Hanukkah was traditionally celebrated in the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia by the lighting of Hanukkah candles. On the occasion, the members of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Israel and the Knesset’s Parliamentary Friendship Group with Serbia had a video meeting, in the presence of the two countries’ ambassadors and the Minister of European Integration Marko Starovic. The ceremony was also attended by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Marina Ragus and the members of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Israel Danijela Nikolic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Ivana Stamatovic and Goran Rakic.
