49. седница Одбора за уставна питања и законодавство
Одбор је на седници одржаној 11. марта размотрио амандмане на Предлог закона о ефикасном коришћењу енергије и на Предлог закона о посебним условима за упис права својине на објектима изграђеним без грађевинске дозволе.
Од 23 поднета амандмана на Предлог закона о ефикасном коришћењу енергије, Одбор је већином гласова оценио да су сви амандмани, осим шест који су поднети на чланове, 5,6,10,15,17. и 32. Предлога закона, у складу са Уставом и правним ситемом Републике Србије.
Одбор је размотрио и 97 амандамана поднетих на Предлог закона о посебним условима за упис права својине на објектима изграђеним без грађевинске дозволе. Представник предлагача обавестио је Одбор да је Влада прихватила 16 амандмана, а Одбор је оценио да су сви амандмани у складу са Уставом и правним ситемом Републике Србије.
Седници је председавао председник Одбора мр Владимир Цвијан.
