Twenty-Third Sitting of the Industry Committee
In line with article 77 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Industry Committee held a sitting on 24 November to discuss two pieces of information: on the restructuring of “Janko Lisjak” Holding system and the restructuring problems in the privatisation of “Zorka – Mineral Fertilizers”, Sabac.
In line with article 77 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Industry Committee held a sitting on 24 November to discuss two pieces of information: on the restructuring of “Janko Lisjak” Holding system and the restructuring problems in the privatisation of “Zorka – Mineral Fertilizers”, Sabac.
The representatives of these systems briefed the Committee on the current conditions of the privatisation process and voiced the problems they face in the restructuring process. It was agreed to make additional efforts to speed up the privatisation process and concluded to re-evaluate the possibilities for a fast and efficient resolution of these problems at the meeting at the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Milorad Buha, and attended by the representatives of “Janko Lisjak” Holding system, “Zorka – Mineral Fertilizers”, as well as the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, Privatisation Agency and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
