Twenty-Third Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee
At the sitting held on 4 March, the Culture and Information Committee discussed the Proposal for the Election of Deputy Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
At the sitting held on 4 March, the Culture and Information Committee discussed the Proposal for the Election of Deputy Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. The Proposal was elaborated by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Rodoljub Sabic who said that, under the Law on Personal Data Protection, he nominates Aleksandar Resanovic, Bachelor of Law from
The Culture and Information Committee concluded that the legal conditions have been met to elect Aleksandar Resanovic as Deputy Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, at the Commissioner’s proposal. The Committee shall forward the Proposal to the National Assembly in order to implement the election process.
