Twenty-Fourth Sitting of the European Integrations Committee

At the sitting held on 2 March, the European Integrations Committee discussed in principle four Bills included in the agenda for the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly, viz.



At the sitting held on 2 March, the European Integrations Committee discussed in principle four Bills included in the agenda for the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly, viz. the Bills on Pre-School Upbringing and Education and on Pupil and Student Standard, as well as the Bill on Wild Game and Hunting and Bill on Geographical Indications, submitted by the Government.

The innovations in the Bills on Pre-School Upbringing and Education and on Pupil and Student Standard were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Education. The Committee members endorsed these Bills in principle by a majority of votes.

A representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management elaborated the Bill on Wild Game and Hunting and the Bill on Geographical Indications was presented by the Director of the Intellectual Property Office. By a majority of votes, the Committee members endorsed these Bills in principle as well.

The sitting was chaired by Laszlo Varga, Committee Chairman.
